With the rapid development of technology, the number of data center constructions has increased. However, the construction of data centers faces a series of problems such as strict site selection, difficult maintenance, and serious energy consumption and waste. Guizhou has abundant water resources, and we try to realize the recycling of clean energy and water energy by combining energy with building structures and reducing the energy consumption and heat dissipation of data center buildings. At the same time, because Yunnan and Guizhou are surrounded by mountains, the site selection can be close to the city without too many people setting foot, which can effectively reduce the loss of information transmission caused by long distances.
