Master plan
The selected site is located south of Tianjin Station, where there are many tourists. It is the first place people come into contact with when entering the city of Tianjin. To the west is the Quanyechang area, positioned as a vibrant post-modern central business district. To the east is the Jinwan Plaza commercial area. In contrast, the site selection business format does not match the core location where it is located. The street interface is relatively closed and lacks commerce. The public spaces in the block are scattered and have low utilization rate.
Therefore, relying on historical culture and transportation hub resources, it will develop into a high-end service industry gathering area featuring tourism, leisure, business, and finance, and create a smart community with tourists as the core service group and oriented to technologically innovative young people and financial and business people.


The connotation of "core" road:
1. Core Road - New Road: Reintegrate the scattered spaces within the block and open up the blocked interface along Jiefang North Road
2. "Core" road, chip implantation, informatization smart city function - business repair, upgrade and repair the original business, observe the original texture of the block, open the original lane, and turn it into a promenade. Along the promenade, different zones are set up.
